Community Business Partnership – Growing Your Small Business

Being part of a successful, growing business is exciting, but can be overwhelming at times opening a second location, bringing on more employees, or finding financing for your growth strategies – are just a few of the growth challenges small business owners face.
There is such a thing as growing too fast, or at the wrong time or with the wrong people.
Knowing what to expect will help you prepare for those difficult decisions.
Join the “Managing Growth in Business” Executive Leadership Roundtable to build your network, solve your biggest issues, and learn from other small business owners.
The “Managing Business Growth” roundtable will meet monthly for peer-to-peer coaching, best practices discussions, and speaker presentations.
There is a 15-person limit, one person per company, for each roundtable event.
This group is for business owners who:
- Anticipate more than $250,000 but less than $50 million revenue in 2013
- Have more than 3, but fewer than 100 employees
- Are looking for new ideas, lessons learned, and innovative approaches to grow their business
Topics will include:
- Stepping Back: Stop Working IN Your Business and Start Working IN It
- Growth and the Changing Organization: From Entrepreneurially Driven to Professionally Managed
- Transition from a Business Plan to a Strategic Plan
- Critical Thinking for Business Owners
- Valuation and Selling (or Successful Exit Strategies)
- Marketing Plan – is it current? Is it working?
